Learning Highlights
Program Objective
The program aims to equip trainers with extensive skills on training design and facilitation, aligned with the company’s thrust to deliver a more effective and targeted learning interventions to trainees.
At the end of the training program, each participant shall deliver an extensive facilitator’s manual and a practice run of the developed training.
Specifically, the aims to equip the participants with the following:
●Define and describe the training and development cycle
●Identify and conduct appropriate training needs analysis methodology;
●Enumerate and explain training and learning principles to be considered in designing training program;
●Design training program based on training needs of participants;
●Outline training program contents and use appropriate learning methods;
●Deliver training programs with vocal, verbal and visual impact; and
●Formulate training evaluation material for the training programs

The program will run for 3 days, including the simulation exercise.
Learning Methodology
Pre-work to determine the specific subject and targeted participants required to provide focus on the training design output by the end of the training.
The facilitator will apply adult learning methodology whereby a combination of lecture, sharing of experiences, hands-on practice, simulation and group exercises will be applied
