Program Objective
Innovation has been key in the success of an organization. It was proven that organizations who are capable to translate challenges and obstacles into opportunities and able to innovate were more successful compare to others. With this, it is embedded for leaders to be accustomed and model innovative mindset to develop a culture of innovation.
A key component in developing innovative mindset is through problem solving and decision making. Leaders and managers must be competent in determining the root cause of the problem to identify appropriate intervention to be able to come up with sound decision making and solve the issues and introduce innovation. It will be best if the lean approach will be used throughout the process.
The workshop aims to equip participants with root cause analysis, problem solving tools framework and strategic decision-making skills. Specifically, the program aims to:-

Post-training: FREE OF CHARGE – the facilitator will allot 2-4 hours coaching and observation of selected participant’s application of learnings in a normal work settings within 1 month after the course completion.
Learning Methodology
Adult facilitation technique will be utilized in the conduct of the workshop wherein 40% of the session is devoted to discussing conceptual framework and 60% on the application of learnings in the workplace through exercises and simulation.
Pre-test and post-test will be extended to gauge participants level of understanding before and after attending the learning session.
Maximum number of participants
The workshop can accommodate a maximum of 20 participants per session.
Logistics
The consulting organization will be responsible in the preparation of the course manuals and business cases to be used during the session and the company shall take care of the LED projector, sound system with microphones, white board, markers and erases, hand-outs, pens and name tags, easel papers, token prizes as rewards (choc nuts, etc) and reproduction of manuals to be used during the session.
