Employee Benefits
About the Training/Workshop
Overview
Labor Law provides for the minimum employee benefits. The Company may improve on these legally mandated benefits or add thereto in the exercise of its management prerogative. As these employee benefits form part of the employment contract, these cannot be diminished or taken away following the rules on non-diminution of benefits and company practice.
