Employment Contracts
About the Training/Workshop
Overview
Employment Contracts provide for the terms and conditions of employment. As Labor Law operates on the presumption of regular employment, defective employment agreements of non-regular employees result in their regular employment – by operation of law. This is often the cause of illegal dismissal when employees are incorrectly classified – i.e. dismissing a project employee who by law is deemed a regular employee.
The seminar aims to teach participants on the requirements of employment contracts for various employment arrangements.
