Dr. William Thomas is a leadership trainer and Certified Professional Coach based in Manila, and working throughout Asia, as the Chief Teaching Officer for Designing Leaders LLC. Ms. Ana Maria (Penny) Bongato, FPM, MBA is the first Filipino to have been granted full certification on the SUCCESS PRINCIPLES © last August 2015. This certification was granted by Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul and the Success Principles (among others). She is also a Certified Trainer in the Canfield Methodology. She has conducted the Strategies of Success Workshop (patterned after the Success Principles) and the Vision Board Workshop at various organizations, schools and public workshops.
Penny is a Professional Coach and is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
Penny was formerly the Executive Director for Talent Development of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and she has more than 30 years of work experience, 20 years of which have been focused on human resource management in the industry and 8 years in the academe. As Talent Development Executive Director at Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), she managed all human capital-related initiatives for the Roadmap 2022.
She has been in the IT-BPM industry for 20 years. She was employee no. 1 of Convergys in the Philippines, the largest contact center in the country. She was also Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific at Headstrong Philippines, now GenPact.
An engineer by education, Penny completed two engineering degrees – Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering at De La Salle University. She completed her Masters in Business Administration, Regis Program at Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She is also a part time faculty at De La Salle College of St. Benilde, teaching at the Human Resource Management Program.
Penny is also a motivational speaker; a success coach and trainer having trained under Jack Canfield himself. She also delivers talks and keynote speeches on Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Change Management and Employee Engagement. She is also a director of PowerinU Training and Coaching Philippines.

C. Glenn K. Lopez. Glenn is a management professional that designs and implements solutions for corporate growth, knowledge and leadership. His experience includes over 20 years in human resource consulting, 11 years in sales and marketing, and 14 years in corporate management, spread across the pharmaceutical, international trade exhibition, HR consulting, and overseas manpower industries. His professional experience includes foreign assignments in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia.

Francis J. Kong is one of the most respected business speakers in the Philippines, and a recipient of The Outstanding Filipino (TOFIL) Award in 2014.
