RCee is a graduate of AB Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila and has a Masters in Business Administration - Regis Program degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business were she topped the Leadership course in her class. She has helped in growing start-up businesses by developing appropriate systems, processes and organizational structure. She is also knowledgeable in a wide array of business industries as she also is the Founder and CEO of World of Work Recruitment Specialist, a manpower and general services firm who caters businesses related to manufacturing, retail, property development, restaurants, power plants, and others. She is also a Managing Director of her family’s restaurant businesses namely Tessie’s Grills and Roasters, Dampa sa Tarlac, and Dampa sa Pangasinan. Her passion for encouraging people to reach their highest potentials by having the winners mindset has inspired hundreds of individuals who attended her training and workshops. Her communication style is inclusive and will surely make the participants learn not only from her but from each other.
She also accepts speaking engagements with private and public organizations if time permits as she is also a hands-on mom to her four little kids hence, Mompreneur. She markets other resource speakers and trainers in different fields and industries by producing learning sessions for them. She also invites government officials and employees to be speakers and modulators in learning summits.
