Rcee is the President and CEO of Limitless Power Coach Training and Consultancy Inc. (LPC). LPC is an event, training, and marketing management provider specializing in delivering customized quality services to the needs of their clients' different types of corporate events, training, and consultancy.
RCee is also a Producer of events where an example of which is the yearly event dubbed as Philippine Leaders’ Conference (PLC). PLC is one of the events LPC spearheads which aims to gather Corporate Leaders and Entrepreneurs to learn and re-learn best practices in the corporate world and as well as network with the most successful leaders around the country and outside.
RCee is a graduate of AB Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila and has a Masters in Business Administration - Regis Program degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business where she topped the Leadership course in her class. She has helped in growing start-up businesses by developing appropriate systems, processes, and organizational structure. She is also knowledgeable in a wide array of business industries as she also is the Founder and CEO of World of Work Recruitment Specialist, a contracting and/or sub-contracting firm that caters to businesses related to manufacturing, retail, property development, restaurants, power plants, and others. She is also a Managing Director of her family’s restaurant businesses namely Tessie’s Grills and Roasters, Dampa sa Tarlac, and Dampa sa Pangasinan. Her passion for encouraging people to reach their highest potentials by having the winners mindset has inspired thousands of individuals who attended her training and workshops. Her communication style is inclusive and will surely make the participants learn not only from her but from each other.
