Rizalina Caladiao, has almost two (2) decades of experience in the IT/BPO Industry and Corporate Events Management, Training and Consultancy with expertise on Client/Customer Services and Operations, Training, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and all other facets of Human Relations.
Currently she is the Overall-In-Charge of On-Line Marketing and Partnership of CTM Consultancy and Travel Management, Inc. and fills in when the President is unavailable or when the board assigns specific duties as she is also the Vice President of the said company.
Riza is also a Speaker and the Overall-in-Charge of event program flow and other logistics including marketing and promoting events to prospective speakers, sponsors and delegates for the Philippine Leader’s Conference
(PLC), one of the annual events under Limitless Power Coach.
In 2012 to early 2019, Riza was the Overall in-charge of Human Resources Department for Cloudstaff Philippines, Inc. covering both the Administrative and Operational aspects of the department including End-to-End Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Engagement, Performance Management, Creation and Implementation of Policies and Procedures, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Health and Wellness, and Events Management.
In 2005 to late 2012, Riza was the head of Recruitment and Training of CCIS Educational Foundation of the Phils., Inc. - direct affiliate of Cyber City Teleservices, Phils., Inc., school of one of the pioneer call center in the Philippines. She handled the overall operations supplying the demand of companies for its call center agents. Also, she led the building and maintaining of new and old networks from different Universities/ Colleges, Government Offices and IT/BPO industries. She had extensive experience in mass recruitment and training both seasonal and full-time employment.
While in 2000 to late 2005, she was with Cyber City Teleservices, Phils., Inc. where she held positions in different fields of Call Center Operations from Agent to Supervisor, to Account Executive, to Sales Manager and managed group of individuals from 15 to more than 200 staff handling multiple accounts (order taking, customer service, collections, and sales - inbound/outbound) and workforce management.
