She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) Practitioner by the American Union of NLP, a member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) and Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS).
Her work experience include Child Life Assistant, Human Resource Personnel, Guidance Counselor, Training Manager and a Financial Advisor. Her advocacy in life is to improve the quality of life of others through education and training.

This Leadership Enhancement Training course is designed to provide the participants the
groundwork to understand and fully appreciate the important concepts of leadership, as
well as enhance and build their current leadership abilities/skills.
Supervisors, officers, middle managers, high potentials or employees who manage/handle

Important concepts will be discussed and explored in the modules stated below such
alignment of vision, mission, values and goals; differentiating leadership and management,
exploring whole systems approach in leadership, leadership styles and its impacts, the four
functions of management, time management, techniques and skills of conflict
management, and workplace communication.

VMV creates a proper mindset among individuals and reinforces the alignment of
their thoughts, words and behavior which leads to quality output and customer

B. Leadership vs Management
Management and leadership are often used interchangably but they are two very
distinct skills. This topic will differentiate management vs leadership to guide
participants to the proper use of leadership and management styles.
C. Leadership Framework
Introduction of the whole systems approach which will help align the VMV and
goals of the entire organization by identifying the various components of a system
and assessing the nature of the links and relationships between each one.
