Ayesa is a graduate of BS Clinical Psychology and Master of Arts in Education with specialization in Guidance and Counseling. She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) Practitioner by the American Union of NLP, a member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) and Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS).
Her work experience include Child Life Assistant, Human Resource Personnel, Guidance Counselor, Training Manager and a Financial Advisor. Her advocacy in life is to improve the quality of life of others through education and training.
She is a motivational speaker and corporate trainer specializing in soft skills and leadership. She has designed a Framework for Leadership that is currently being used in a Maritime Academy and several training programs for different organizations from different fields. OVERVIEW:
Leadership is a transition of influence from self to others. Powerful leaders are those who have an in-depth understanding and acceptance of one’s self and his/her role in the organization. Everybody has potential to lead, but most people are clueless on how and where to begin.
This is a one-day online training aimed in creating a pool of leaders to create a more empowered organization. This is designed to provide the participants the groundwork to understand and fully appreciate the important concepts of leadership and performance management needed in managing task and people. This leadership enhancement training course will serve as a tool-kit for supervisors and managers that will allow them to gain the necessary knowledge and skills that they can take back on their respective workplaces.
Important concepts will be discussed and explored in the modules stated below are the Vision, Mission and Values, The Five M’s of Performance Management, the Four Functions of Management, Supervision and Supervisory Roles and Task and Leadership versus Management.
