As an HR Practitioner and having been a People Manager for approximately 25 years, she focused on HR Business Partnering. As an HR practitioner, she has led teams ensuring strategic implementation of initiatives on Culture Building, Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Discipline, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Policy Formulation, Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management. She also took part in several of the planning and design of these initiatives together with other stakeholders.
As an Educator and a Quality Systems Manager, she has experience with building and managing systems for higher education institutions and for audit compliance under ISO 9001 certifications since 2004. She has served as a consultant to some private basic education institutions especially during the transition to the K-12 program of DepEd. In support of Maritime Education, she has actively taken part in curriculum development, policy reviews under the joint CHED-MARINA conferences.
She is now currently part of a team of branding consultants and functions as the Chief Engagement Officer of Creatio7 Asia. She also co-founded, CreativeSelf – an engagement program and services for employees.
