She is expose to the manufacturing set up and has been expose to managing a unionized environment and was able to settle an automotive battery plant’s intercompany labor union dispute.

Prior to venturing into business consultancy, she was connected with Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd, as the HR Director for Asia Pacific managing Philippines, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia HR operations; AES as Asia HR Business Partner covering Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam; Assistant Vice President for Manufacturing HR for the Ramcar Battery Group; Plant HR Manager for James Hardie Philippines, Inc., Plant HR Manager for Kraft Foods Philippines Inc., HR Administrator for Alcan Starpack Packaging Corporation; HR Administrator for Schneider Electric Philippines; HR Manager for Citishoppe, Inc., HR Manager for First Ridge Concrete Aggregates; Benefits and Development Officer for CEPA Tileman Project Management Corporation; Professor for Medical Center Lucena Educational Institution.
She completed her certification program in Project Management at the Asian Institute of Management, Strategic Leadership Course on line via Columbia University and a certified Hay (Job Evaluation methodology) practitioner. She is also an IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) by GrowthOps Certified Coach and the first Filipino CPHR – Global Training Partner. She took up Liberal Arts and Commerce, major in Political Science and Accounting at MS Enverga University Foundation where she graduated Cum Laude

More than 3,000 studies on emotional intelligence have shown that emotional intelligence contributes to both professional and personal success. Boosting your emotional quotient, or EQ, is tied to more effective leadership, better decision-making, career success, as well as happiness and relationship satisfaction. 80 to 90% of the professional competencies that differentiate top performance are related to emotional intelligence. When companies harness the people’s emotional intelligence, they see phenomenal returns on their investment as high as 1000%. Increasing your emotional intelligence will pay off in multiple ways but it will also require practice. Just like any skill, emotional intelligence takes some time to develop, and practice will increase your confidence and competence.
The 8-hour session will focus on how leaders can unleash their emotional intelligence and use it to strengthen their capability to influence their leaders, their peers, and their team member. At the end of the session, the participants will be able to -
