Crisis is a result of an unpredictable event that had been considered a potential risk. Despite having business continuity plans in place, COVID 19 pandemic outbreak created panics and business disruptions. And while we are trying to adapt to the new norm, our respective leadership team is considering this phase as a crisis which we should be able to manage for our organization to continue to thrive for success. The Goal of this training program is to equip leaders with the leadership competencies necessary to properly navigate the organization through crisis. From this training program, trainees will be taught how to analyze the situation to efficiently and effectively draft a crisis management plan.

Methodology
Learning program is interactive. 50% of the program design involves discussion of conceptual framework and principles to enhance the participants knowledge and subject matter expertise while 50% of the program design focus on review of business case, simulation exercises and group activities to make sure that the participants will be able to manage projects effectively.
The online session will be facilitated in 2 days with 8 hours session per day.
