We have a reason to be happy somehow. The country has vaccinated more than 1 million people and the Alert level has gone down to a point where all businesses are back in business and the national workforce has already switched back to an arrangement where they now report 4 times a week in the office and just work from home once. This is some appreciable progress in our country’s battle against the COVID-19 virus.
However, the battle is not over yet. While there are indicators we might revert to the old normal, we can never be complacent. With the uncertainty behind the advent of different variants and the fact that we are still far from a 100% vaccinated workplace, organizations, private and public alike, must 2022 seriously that we need make the right moves to leverage a great start and build on this momentum.
