Do you know your strengths?
✓ Strength: the ability to consistently
produce a positive outcome through
near perfect performance in a specific
task. To finish with strength, start with
talent.
✓ Talent: A naturally recurring pattern of
thought, feeling, or behavior that can
be productively applied. The greater the
intensity of the talent, the greater its
power and the greater your opportunity
for success.
Resilience – what is it?
“Resilience is all about being able to overcome
the unexpected. The goal of resilience is to thrive.”
WHAT ELSE? What is your definition of resilience?
Please write in the chat box.
Resilience is defined differently per person
Reflection: From your definition of resilience,
what was your recent experience where
you felt that you have been resilient and
were successful enough on it? What
strengths did you use to be successful?

THOUGHTS

negative experience in the past and making it appear real
in the present or exaggerating negative predictions of the
future.
✓ Stop, Pause and Think about the thoughts... Reflective vs
Reactive (for every trigger)
Building Resilience: Energy Conservation
✓ Compassion is key.
✓ Full recognition that we have finite energy and we cannot
control everything in life.
✓ When things get overwhelming, pause. Take a break! Drink
carrot juice ☺
✓ Live life with ease! Make life lighter, not burdensome!
REFLECTIVE VS REACTIVE

causing a lot of fears, potential job loss,
WFH arrangements, and more...
The road ahead is uncertain. And that is
true for any change we experience in
life. There will always be uncertainties.
“Peril, loneliness, an uncertain future, are not oppressive evils, so
as long as the frame is healthy and the faculties are employed;
so long, especially, as Liberty lends us her wings, and Hope
guides us by her star.” – Charlotte Bronte
