TRAINING GOAL:
By the end of this training, the participants should have been able to manage negative stress by determining the root causes of work stress, pressure, and other unproductive emotions and avoiding and controlling them to become more productive and more intelligent emotionally.

To attain the program goal, the participants should be able to:
•Determine the root causes of their stress, pressure, and other negative dispositions at work and recommend individually and brainstorm as a group workable strategies in avoiding and controlling them.

MODULE 2: INDIVIDUAL STRESS/PRESSURE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
This module will allow the participants to study themselves and analyze what normally or usually causes them feeling stressed or pressured at work, what the real causes behind them are, and what they can personally do and with others to avoid or control them.
