Ayesa is a graduate of BS Clinical Psychology and Master of Arts in Education with specialization in Guidance and Counseling. She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) Practitioner by the American Union of NLP, a member of the Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) and Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS).
Her work experience include Child Life Assistant, Human Resource Personnel, Guidance Counselor, Training Manager and a Financial Advisor. Her advocacy in life is to improve the quality of life of others through education and training.
