- Rule #1: Safety first and always
- The 5-step formula for giving tough, honest feedback without offending the other person
2. Tools for ensuring safety in a R.E.A.L. Talk®
3. The biggest dialogue killers, and what to say instead
SESSION 3:
1. R.E.A.L. Talk® Roadmap Part 3: After the R.E.A.L. Talk®
- How to achieve real behavior change using the Law of Influence
- The truth about accountability, and why most leaders get it wrong
2. What if it happens again?
