INTRODUCTION

​The position of Supervisor is critical. In my experience it is the Bridge and Foundation.
Bridge as your direct supervision manifest in the execution of Behavior of the Rank and
File while carrying the instructions of the Manager. You are the representative and face
of Management in the eyes of the Rank and File.
