COURSE OBJECTIVE

Enumerate the different types of counseling and its importance in change process;
Identify the type of counseling that can be applied in the workplace;
Explain the theories, techniques, and practices in counseling;
Enumerate the steps in counseling;
Practice counseling with co-participants; and Prepare action plan on how to practice counseling in the workplace.

First Session
Group session with 30 participants via zoom
Address objectives to understand and learn about Executive Counselling
Succeeding Session
Micro counselling sessions with 10 participants scheduled a week after session and alternating week thereafter
Developing skills of Counselling, leadership, listening and communication to achieve desired outcomes.
