Rcee is a Co-parenting Mompreneur finding harmony in running the businesses she founded while still being hands-on in taking good care of her 4 children. She is a graduate of AB Psychology at De La Salle UniversityManila. Took her MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business where she topped the Leadership course. She has helped in growing a start-up business that employed only 13 employees with one store branch to nearly 300 employees with 10 store branches and a distributorship. She developed the systems and organizational structure where she was holding the HR Director position.
She is also knowledgeable in a wide array of business industries as she also is the Founder and CEO of World of Work Recruitment Specialist, a manpower and general services firm that caters to businesses related to manufacturing, retail, property development, restaurants, power plants, and others.
She is the President and CEO of Mamadear Infinite Love Inc., one of her family's Corp. related to restaurants, catering, events, and accommodations. Currently under the business names of Dampa sa Pangasinan (Restaurant) and Dampa Poolside (Events and Accommodation).
Her passion for encouraging people to reach their highest potential by having a winning mindset has inspired thousands of individuals who attended her training and workshops. Her communication style is inclusive, collaborative, and engaging, and will surely make the participants learn not only from her but from each other. Developing leadership skills is essential for every organization. A manager who has good leadership will have a much more productive workforce and fewer labor problems. However, for most people, excellent leadership is not an inborn talent and the company would be wise to invest in training to build up this vital skill.
