This one-day seminar will give you advanced supervisory skills and insights on how to be an effective individual in your company and your career. The journey is designed to give participants a powerful skill-set to tackle the leadership grind. MODULE TWO: Supervisors as Empowered Leaders of High Performing Team
An empowered supervisor is an effective leader. This module will give effevtive skills and knowledge they can pass on to their team.
A. Establishing the High-Performance Vision
B. Co-creating Roadmap towards the Achievement of the Vision
Eisenhower Decision Matrix: Urgency vs. Importance
D. Your Accountability in Delegated Tasks: The 70% Rule
E: Leading through Motivation: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
Activities: Identification of Urgent/Important Tasks, Team Visioning, Group Discussion
MODULE THREE: Leading Teams Effectively
This module is set to teach the leaders how to be great and how to commit to beaing great which will eventually trickle down to tream members.
A. Determining Your Leadership Profile
B. Ingredients of Good Leadership
C. The Science and Art of Coaching
D. Basic MEntoring Skills
E. Getting Support through 360 Degree Leadership Style
Activities: Group Discussion, Lectures, Simulations
Pre- and Post-training Evaluation Tools
Participants will be given tools they can use to assess themselves and plan out actionable steps to improve their leadership capabilities as well as their team member's capacity for improvement.
